This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

(1)Shipping Costs

Shipping on all our products is free! We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in (USA).

(2)Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time

Estimated Delivery Time( 25-35 working days) = Processing Time(5-10 working days) + Shipping Time( 20-25 working days)

<1> Processing Time: 5-10 working days

An order status of "Processing" means your order has been verified and put into processing procedure. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact information and delivery address, sort item, conduct strict quality checking and pack the item. When your order is packed properly, it will be handed in to the shipping company.

<2> Shipping Time: 20-25 working days

An order status of "Shipping" means your item(s) has started to ship, and you can track your order once the tracking number is updated by the courier. Since the whole shipping process involves international shipping, the package might be in transit or going through custom cleareance. Please feel free to contact us(service@gufoo.com) if you need help concerning the shipping status of your order.

After shipping, we will send you an email with the logistics tracking number, so that you can keep track of the delivery information.

(3)Delivery Terms

We use the USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver the product.

(4)Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@gufoo.com

(5)Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

(6)Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

(7)Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
